Do you cover delivery fees?
Yes we do. All initial shipping is free of charge. Shiny Rock Polished will provide our own unique packaging for all pieces delivered free of charge.
What is the delivery process?
If the client requests that their piece of jewelry is to be delivered, Shiny Rock Polished will arrange secure, insured shipping to the client’s preferred address. The client will be required to sign for the package on delivery. Due to the value of jewelry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please double check your shipping information to be sure it’s accurate, prior to placing your order as we will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information being furnished by the customer.
What shipping couriers do you use?
Our preferred courier services include but are not limited to, FedEx, DHL, RAM, Brinks and Malca Amit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We currently offer free global shipping to the USA, UK, Australia and South Africa.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on your purchase, delivery can take place between 2 – 4 weeks (including manufacture). The customer will be notified when the item is ready to ship.

How Do I Track My Order?
You will be notified as soon as your piece is ready to be delivered. Once we have confirmed the delivery address you will be given a waybill number with all the delivery details including your tracking number.
