Free Ring Resizing

In order to ensure that our valued customers receive their dream pieces, Shiny Rock Polished offers one free ring resizing  (Available to South African Clients Only) with every purchase of bespoke or custom made pieces. If you do require a resize, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping. Please contact your designer for prices and any other information you may require.

Please note that if the ring size change is over two sizes bigger or smaller, there will be a nominal fee payable as the ring may have to be re-made. This will be communicated to you immediately by your designer. To find out more about returning your ring, please visit our Returns Policy.

Some ring designs may not be able to be resized, without remaking the ring, but your designer will communicate this to you at the start to ensure that you are aware of this. 

 

If you choose a design which is non-resizable, then you will not be eligible for the free ring resizing as referred to herein.

 

How is a ring resized?

 

To resize your ring, we simply make a small incision in the band and reduce or tighten it to ensure that it fits the new required size. Once the size has been adjusted, the gap is soldered shut and polished to seamlessly hide any evidence of alterations.
